Grace Egbert has begun a series of short documentaries on local food producers and figures for the Food Literacy Project.

Her first in the series  features Kate Stillman and JJ Gonson and their “sister businesses”: Stillman’s at the Turkey Farm and Cuisine en Locale. In this video, Kate and JJ talk about their partnership, consumer expectations, our food system and how to change it.
